Churches in Hawsker-cum-Stainsacre Parish

All Saints

Summerfield Lane Hawsker cum Stainsacre York

Welcome to All Saints' Church, Hawsker-cum-Stainsacre. We are a traditional village church, but, since the millennium, we have been renewing our church's role in the wider community, and making our building more than just a 'Sunday church'.

In 2000, All Saints' was refloored, given a kitchenette and toilet, and generally updated as a result of the initiative of the then vicar, Rev'd Leon Carberry. All Saints' now acts as a school gymnasium, drama performance area and music rehearsal room. This has proved to be an invalubale resource, and there are strong links with the school. Community use is also available - please contact us to find out more.

Our sister church is St Stephen's Church, Fylingdales, and we have joint services regularly.

Please feel free to enquire about baptisms, weddings and funerals.

We do hope that you will visit us for a service.
